The new SAP Help Portal has undergone a complete redesign aimed at making it easier to navigate and find content.
The content is organized per product and can be filtered by content type, language, and product version.
The differect product groups can now be centrally accessed by the SAP Business One Product Line page.
Customer Portal retired
The SAP Business One Customer Portal will be retired. Instead, the content is made available on the new SAP Help Portal.
SAP Help Portal log-on
While most of the content offered on SAP Help Portal is available to the public without log-on, some documents are restricted to customers or partners. To be able to see these documents, please log on with your S-user when visiting SAP Help Portal.
