SAP Customer Checkout is another component of our offer for retail customers. Developed and maintained directly by SAP, this POS software is fully integrated into your SAP solution (SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign) and is thus part of the SAP standard.

Directly integrated also means that transactions at the checkout are displayed in real time in your SAP system. This not only integrates your stock movements, that is, your merchandise management, but also the checkout solution is part of your financial accounting. In addition, your customer data is available via the POS software, which supplement your CRM and distribution channels through customer loyalty systems (voucher management, bonus points and smartphone APPs).

If for any reason your store or checkout lack connection, the full range of functions is also available offline.

This online / offline capability runs completely seamlessly in the background. Once again online, the transactions created in offline mode are automatically transferred to the SAP system.
