Project management / Change management
Especially in the case of larger and longer projects, it is important that one designated person keeps an overview and pulls the strings. Thus, an experienced project manager who also knows how to deal with the human aspects that occur during change processes is needed. Upon request, we will gladly take over these important tasks. Our employees certified according to IPMA (www.ipma.ch) are trained for this.
Based on internationally recognized project management methods, SAP has developed the aSAP Focus model. We have further simplified and adapted the model to the needs of medium-sized enterprises. This allows us to wind up an ERP implementation project quickly and efficiently in five clearly defined phases. The aim is to implement a project with a customer team that always carry out their operational core tasks in addition to their project work.
